What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician position at Technical Source?
Technical Source is looking for a Senior Facilities Technician for a client in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area who can assist in developing and implementing routine preventative and predictive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently and be responsible for day-to-day operations of the facility.
This will include utilities, facilities, production, labs, and all associated equipment within the facility
Basic responsibilities of the Facilities Technician
- Develop and review maintenance / electrical SOPs, work instructions, job plans, risk assessments and reports
- Ability to document all equipment work and repairs in equipment logbooks to meet GMP requirements
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of central utility and clean utilities systems
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 5 years of maintaining facility support systems and equipment under cGMP regimen
- Current Electrical licensed typically required
