Key Responsibilities

• Generate clear business/feature requirements documents, process modeling, and information flow documents. Translate into technical specifications use cases, user stories, and groomed backlogs for workable two-week sprints.
• Manage the UAT process for ServiceNow by performing test case validation, reviewing results with development and automation teams, coordinating business testing, and obtaining business approvals on UAT for scheduled deployments.
• Perform business analysis on processes targeted for ServiceNow solutions. Analyzing current manual end user processes, defining future automated processes, performing a gap analysis to get from current state to future state, and deliver documentation comprising all the analysis including detailed requirements.
• Provide general support, communications, training, and administration for the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
• Perform hands-on configuration on the ServiceNow platform as needed.
• Collect ITSM data for KPI/measurement purposes and prepare analysis and reports
• Perform analysis and provide reporting on both process and service metrics, KPIs, and OLA/SLA
• Support development components of ITSM process deployment including documentation on development, training, Management of Change, technical standards, and communications.

Experience required

• Strong experience and working knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, ITIL framework, and enterprise ITSM projects
• Extensive knowledge and use of MS Office and Visio, and skills to use them effectively
• Experience with data profiling tools and processes – SQL queries, selects, joins, and Excel
• Proficient in capturing business and technical requirements, functional specifications, test scenarios/scripts, data models and business procedures
• Creation and delivery of end user training materials and communications
• Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written – can smoothly navigate meetings with executives, PMO, business app owners, tech teams, etc. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred experience

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk
