Job Description (Hybrid work)
As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for:
Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.
Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open source tools.
Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs.
Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Monitoring debugging process results.
Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

Qualifications
Minimum Degree: Bachelor's or Master’s degree - all majors encouraged to apply, especially computer science, IT, and Engineering or relevant work experience.
