M365 Engineer

Position: M365 Engineer

Location: Dresher, PA 19025 (2-3 days from client office)

Must have :

• Microsoft 365 (primarily Exchange, but also some Teams and SharePoint) They should be an expert with email technologies.
• Exchange Online Expert or L3 , candidate should be excellent in Exchange Online.
• Candidate should be very good with emails Security , Like ATP (Advanced Threat Protection), Defender for Email.
• Candidate should be good in SharePoint Online OneDrive Administration.
• Candidate Should be good in Teams Administration.
• Mimecast administration (any other similar product)
• Backup technician for Globalscape FTP or any other product
• Box - good to have.
• DocuSign – good to have.
• OpenText , RightFax
• Progress Software Move It and WSFTP (both platforms are being migrated to Globalscape within the next 9 months) - good to have.
• The engineer should have in-depth knowledge of on-prem mail systems like MS Exchange. They should have completed migration projects to M365 and be familiar with the tools used for migration.
• Additionally, the engineer should understand different migration models and steps for migrating collaboration platforms – Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of email security tools like EOP, Mimecast, or Proofpoint is necessary.
• Familiarity with Box administration and migrating Fileserver data to Box is also required.
• Additional knowledge of tools like Globalscape FTP and Docusign would be an advantage.
• Complete knowledge of AD/DNS/External DNS/SSL Certs is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, MS telephone, and SharePoint administration is required, along with experience using tools for MS Teams and SharePoint migration.
• PowerShell or similar CLI/scripting experience.
• C#, Python, or other similar high-level language experience.

Good to have any of the one exp from below :

• SSL Certificate renewals (current vendor is DigiCert).
• Domain registrar management (current vendor is Mark Monitor)
• External DNS management (current vendor is Ultra DNS
• Responsible for QuickBooks software updates
