Tecovas is the first direct-to-consumer western brand, founded with the simple goal of making the world’s best western boots, apparel and leather goods - and selling them at a fair price. We are a brand revolutionizing a category and welcoming first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike.
Tecovas is looking for a Program Manager to manage a portfolio of technology/digital related projects, including projects related to the website/customer experience, backend tools, integrations with other platforms and streamlining internal processes . Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations.
This position is a hybrid role with the candidate strongly encouraged to work from our HQ office in Austin, TX with the ability to work remotely on other days.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of technology/digital projects, including website/customer experience projects, backend tools, integrations with other platforms, and internal process improvement projects.
- Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage program risks and issues, and develop and execute mitigation plans as needed.
- Monitor program progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects within the program are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.
- Ensure programs and projects align with business goals and priorities.
Experience we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in program management in technology/digital field, with a proven track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and with high quality
- 3 years of Scrum/Agile experience
- Previous experience in retail, ecommerce, and/or ERP is strongly preferred
