What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tortilla position at Ted's Cafe Escondido?

Job Title:    Tortilla
Responsibilities:
  1. Prep all tortilla balls for use
  2. Make flour tortillas as fresh as possible for every guest
  3. Make sopapillas as soon as they come up on the printer and have them sent out in 2 minutes
  4. Ensure that all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
  5. Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
Work Conditions:
  1. Varied working hours may include weekends, holidays, late evenings, and early mornings as needed
  2. Must be able to stand and/or walk 8 hours daily
  3. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally, and more than 50 lbs. rarely
  4. Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and climbing
  5. Occasional squatting, kneeling, crawling, and fine manipulation
Qualifications:
Previous tortilla experience in a high volume restaurant is preferred
Compensation:
  1. $9 - $13 per hour
  2. Consistent, high volume restaurant
  3. Quick table turns
