What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Stage position at Tegra?
This position is responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and planning in accordance with accuracy, safety, quality, and quantity standards. This position is also responsible for the accurate, safe, and efficient movement and storage of materials to support the business needs of the warehousing/production operation.

Responsibilities
· Accurately organize, stage, and layout products and materials in designated areas on the production floor.
· Utilizes computer equipment to complete orders on staging materials, look-up information, scan product inventory and enter appropriate information.
· Maintain clear records on the needed inventory and stock.
· Work closely with our internal customers to verify production departments are running efficiently.
· Assures timely preparation for production orders, including documentation with strong attention to detail.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Basic computer skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and operational systems/software (ERP) preferred.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
· Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
· Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail required.
· Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records.
· Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed, and demonstrate initiative.
· This position requires bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, pushing/pulling, prolonged walking and standing during a 8-hour shift, and often times performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to work in very hot and cold temperatures.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· GED/High School Diploma Required
