What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Specialist position at Tejas Beads?
We're seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling our outgoing shipments and other tasks as needed. Experience is not necessary as long as you are motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Picking, scanning, packing, and shipping orders.
- Tagging and inventorying incoming products.
- Restocking merchandise.
- Daily mail runs to the Post Office.
- General daily clean-up.
- Various other tasks as needed when primary duties are completed.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Good hand dexterity (you will be working with small things)
- Good attitude and a self-starting mentality.
Schedule is Monday - Friday with half days on Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

- Easthampton, MA 01027: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
