Client is moving all of their legacy systems to Salesforce and SAP and are looking to bring on a Data Conversion lead to help move all of the data from those legacy systems into Salesforce and SAP. For now, this is SAP for Supply Chain, EAM and Work Management. Salesforce is for all of Field Service, so this person definitely needs prior Utilities experience. If they have EAM Utilities experience it would be a home run- could be hard to find. They will be working in collaboration with the internal project team and implementation partner.
Required Experience:
- Experienced in developing industry leading data conversion strategies and being able to execute the strategy with appropriate planning.
- Experience migrating data from legacy systems to SAP and Salesforce using ETL tools.
- Experienced in leading and managing multiple workstreams including extraction teams, transformation teams and load teams.
- Possesses technical awareness / expertise to be able to get into specifics if / when needed in using SAP native and/or industry std. ETL tools.
- Utility experience required.
- Utility EAM experience preferred.
