Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Client is looking for a Finance Manager to join our diverse and fast-growing team. You will help to oversee the daily financial operations of the company, maintain our financial statements and forecasting models, and assist on data analysis and special projects. The Finance Manager will provide key financial and data analytics support to the CEO and investors and your work will provide strategic insights to support existing brands and bring new brands to life.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with well-established financial modeling skills, superb analytical abilities, a firm understanding of accounting and finance concepts, and an ability to work well with all internal parties across the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gather and synthesize data from disparate sources to create a cohesive picture of business health and performance across our various brands and channels
• Develop and manage financial forecasting models and data analysis tools and reports
• Communicate insights to internal parties and to the management team to enable real-time decisions based on sound data
• Present summary financial information to investors and external stakeholders
• Provide assistance with month close and month end reporting, including variance analysis vs. previous periods and vs. the budget

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of finance, accounting, or consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Experience with consumer products, subscription, B2B and/or manufacturing
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Willingness to work in a high growth, dynamic startup environment
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
