Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
* At least 7 years of overall IT experience
* Strong working experience in Workday Payroll & Benefits
Preferred Qualifications:
* Should have hands on experience in the modules Primarily with Payroll & Benefits. Good to have Core HR, Recruitment, Comp, Talent, Performance, Absence& Time tracking
* Should have hands on experience in developing integrations and reports (Studio / Core-Connectors / PICOF / PECI / WECI/ EIB)
* Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
* Hands on Experience in Calculated Fields / XML / XSLT / SOAP / Web services
* Experience in Workday Production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
