Role:
· Write test scenario & test cases for Enterprise Application, within schedule and within estimated efforts.
· Provide estimate for the assigned task
· Write automated component, Integration & E2E test cases
· Review unit test cases written by developers and fix minor code defects
· Provide accurate status of the tasks
· Perform peer review of automated test cases and mentor junior team members
· Comply with organizations processes. Policies and protects organization’s Intellectual property. Also, participate in organization level process improvement and knowledge sharing
Skills required:
- Java Developer with test automation background.
- Familiar with BDD and TDD development
- Strong understanding about Integration patterns in the enterprise world ( API integration, Event based integrations (Kafka, MQ)
- Familiarity Microservice based Architecture
- Strong SQL experience
- Frameworks – Spring, Rest Assured, JdbcTemplate
- API automation through code and configurations
- Continuous integration automation through CI and deployment with CD (tools like Jenkins)
- Parameterized API testing if they are using postman/insomina collections.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $60.00 per hour
