Tekion is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to facilitate hiring 200 rockstars this year and beyond. Incentives for hiring top quality talent.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will set the vision to attract, recruit, and retain the best people to join Tekion's team across all functions and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for building a strong and unique company culture, loves interacting with different types of personalities, is business focused and is comfortable working with budgets and forecasts. You will be instrumental in building out the team in a period of high growth and, in doing so, working cross functionally with senior leadership across the organization. This position reports to the SVP of Global HR.
Responsibilities
- This position is full-cycle recruiting; passive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter Module, active sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, ensuring all active participants use Greenhouse, coordinating hiring teams, offers and onboarding.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership team in developing our Employment Branding Strategy and establishing our Talent Acquisition Footprint via the internet.
- Help to build team structures, understanding the “right fit” in candidates and sourcing the very best talent to fill open positions.
- Understand our brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassador for Tekion and a welcoming first touchpoint to all new hires on their “employee journey” with us.
- Serve as the primary ambassador for Tekion at recruitment events.
- Work to craft and manage interview processes for each role, coordinating interviews, preparing interviewers and managing required assignments / exercises.
- Manage hiring plan and pipeline in conjunction with other functional teams.
- Develop and manage externally facing recruitment channels such as job fairs, conferences and other events / channels to promote new and exciting opportunities.
- Occasionally manage Talent Acquisition Search firms.
- Oversee all aspects of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and ensure that the entire organization is using it effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-10 years of experience, preferably in SaaS recruitment for Sales, Implementation, Support, Field Engineers, Data Migration, Product Managers, Product Specialists and other roles as they become available.
- Track record of hiring 50-100 candidates a year.
- Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness.
- Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
- Keenly attuned to issues of diversity and inclusion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships.
- A “can do” attitude and the ability work as part of a team.
