Responsibilities
- Act as the SAP Upgrade Project Coordinator for site and other US/EMEA-based sites, with a primary focus on US-based sites.
- Collaborate with all departments and key end users to ensure successful SAP upgrade project implementation.
- Facilitate UAT and go-live data validation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the upgraded SAP system.
- Review and edit UAT test scripts and drive the progress of UAT testing with end users to meet project timelines and objectives.S4.
- Provide go-live support to ensure successful system adoption and post-go-live issue resolution.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and end users, translating ECC to S4 changes and impacts into practical guidance for business stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment with business operations, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain, to ensure that the system upgrade supports operational efficiency and productivity.
- 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP ECC
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in training end users and creating SOPs for SAP system changes.
- Experience in facilitating UAT testing, including script reviews and driving testing progress with end users.
- Proven experience in SAP upgrade project coordination, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of system integration projects and business operations related to SAP implementations.
- Expertise in SAP ECC and , with the ability to translate system changes and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to provide effective go-live support and data validation.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Pensacola, Florida, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across various US/EMEA-based locations.
