• Arizona Registered Nurse License or compact license required on hire
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in a general OR
• ACLS required upon hire

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse OR will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate across departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills and a dedication to delivering compassionate care.
Responsibilities
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
• Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
