Job Title: Emergency Dispatcher
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote role)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job description:
- Dispatch emergency claims and day to day claims to vendors within our contract network; follow up on requests, must have great customer service skills, tone, voice inflection, etc.
- Must be Self-motivated, able to work OT as needed. nights and weekend on call, customer service, collections, computer experience, any property claims (even FNOL) is a plus
- They should work 7 days, no time offs will be given in next 90 days and working hours would be either 10 AM to 7 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM
- Might receive calls post working hours and they should be ready for it. Per week they might need to work more than 40 hours as required by the client
