year attorney with technical legal experience, i.e., someone well versed in industry terms common to the technology industry, who also has worked with or represented technology companies, i.
e., the candidate must be able to converse with clients in the language common to the tech industry. The candidate must be detailed oriented and organized with strong Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, including solid skills in black line, versioning, proof reading, and organizing and saving documents electronically);
and knowledge of and working with data rooms. Knowledge of CARTA a plus. This is a fast paced, demanding practice area with national and international clients and attention to detail and the ability to work independently are vital.
