We are seeking individuals to support the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to evaluate state-of-the-art computer hardware and software and its application to support specific requirements and to interface with other equipment and systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose recommendations for their elimination, and make recommendations for system improvements that will result in optimization of development and/or maintenance efforts.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission. 

• U.S. Citizen

• One of the following IAT Level II or III certifications:

  • CCNA Security

  • CSA+

  • GICSP

  • GSEC

  • Security+CE

  • SSCP

  • CASP CE

  • CCNP Security

  • CISA

  • CISSP (or Associate)

  • GCED

  • GCIH 

• One of the following computing environment certifications: 

  • Bomgar Remote Support Administrator 

  • MCDST

  • MCITP EDST

  • MCITP EDA

  • MCITP SA

  • MCITP EA

  • MCM, MCA: MS Windows Server: Directory

  • MCSA:WS2012

  • MCSE:WS2012
