We are seeking individuals to support the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to evaluate state-of-the-art computer hardware and software and its application to support specific requirements and to interface with other equipment and systems.
Ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose recommendations for their elimination, and make recommendations for system improvements that will result in optimization of development and/or maintenance efforts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
