Position Overview
As a Voice Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in engineering the Collaboration and Voice solutions that are the core of our business and manufacturing locations.
Your Role
Maintain CMC's SIP infrastructure and call management supporting ~200 domestic locations and partner with our European team.
Install/Maintain/Patch AudioCodes SBC's
Assist with Architecture for voice solutions
Maintain Skype for Business and Teams voice environment running smoothly
Owns process for number porting, O365 license assignment, configuration, in partnership with Infrastructure Core Services team.
Monitor Skype for Business and Teams Call Quality dashboard(s)
Assist the Engineering and Operations team to troubleshoot/diagnose voice related issues across the organization.
Analyze existing standalone or clustered telephony infrastructure components with engineering and operations teams
Partner with Network and Security teams to establish any necessary requirements for new service, or trouble with existing sites.
