Description:
Provide Service Desk IT coverage during business hours to cover shifts due to field upgrades and vacations
Assist with the imaging and profiling of Windows 11 desktops and laptops
Must be willing to travel regularly via car and airfare to assist with field upgrades; over 80 sites that must be visited over the next 15 months
Position could require weekly travel to locations across the US.
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and related components.
Prior experience on IT Service or Help Desk
Prior experience traveling to support IT hardware upgrades is preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to escalate issues and follow issues to resolution
Prior experiencing imaging and profiling desktops is preferred
Prior experience with Office 365 and Windows 10/11 is required
3 years (or 7 years without a degree) of experience with duties listed above.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; ability to communicate technical directions, both in person and over the phone
Excellent customer service skills; ability to work successfully with a variety of personalities and various management levels.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed
