What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account rep position at TEKsystems?
Description :
Agency Services is a call center position helping agents with things like password resets, enrollments and adding users to our system.
The average calls per day are around 30-40 give or take a few depending on the day and time of year.
The Agency Service Representative takes calls from insurance agents, enrolls new agents into NFIP Direct, assists agents with commission issues, and processes book of business transfers.
The Agency Services Rep will also be cross-trained in Junior Underwriting, which includes assisting agents with new business applications, renewal application processes, processes term letters and distributes applications to support the underwriting process.
Shift : Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm
Pay : $17hr

Training will be on-site and will be hybrid once training is completed.
