*Entry-Level Business Data Analyst in Hawaii*
6-month contract to hire FTE work employment.
*Full-Time opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. *
*Work Environment: **In person 6 months initially at the Ke'eaumoku or Kapolei office; *then remote work from home.
*Description:*
This business analyst will report performance metrics and conduct data analysis for the customer relations area. This person would work on the Performance Unit that supports the CR group with tasks such as content management of Knowledge Based Articles, operational support guides, Business Analysis, and providing testing/ go-live and continuing support on technology improvement projects. The role involves collaborating with various departments to provide critical call center data, including NCQA-related data pulls. Additionally, the candidate will track ROI for technology improvements and serve as a Business Analyst for new technology projects, such as AWS Connect implementation and Mobile App ROI analysis. BA responsibilities include developing user stories and business requirements and conducting testing.
*Required Excel (Pivot tables and lookup functions), SQL,* and preferred experience in Salesforce and Tableau.
1. Independently conduct data analysis related to major projects and operational activities that include the following activities:
Design analysis and develop programs to gather data to be reported. Analyze trending information to identify root causes and develop recommendations for resolution, prevention procedures, design member experience servicing pilot, and process improvement. Constructing documentation analysis and executing solutions as directed by
management. Analyze trends and make recommendations in relation to call/interaction volume and shrinkage to determine representative staffing levels and representative performance measures. Responsible for developing short- and long-term forecasting to estimate performance needed to meet each stakeholder service level's expectations.
2. Serve as Customer Relations subject matter expert on major department and corporate initiatives, projects, process improvement, or any other major activity as assigned by
management independently. Ensure Customer Relations' needs are addressed; must be able to clearly articulate business needs so that the department is not negatively affected. Elevate concerns and issues to management when applicable. Pursue issues until a satisfactory resolution is reached.
3. Support Call Center Operations Document business requirements to implement and test changes to Customer Relations call tree options and other communication channels that reach Customer Relations. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting. Assist staff with using telephone and CRM software. Gather member or provider interaction documentation, such as call recordings and call documentation, as requested.
4. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
