What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call center representative position at TEKsystems?

TEKsystems is a leading technology and talent services company, and we’re looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team.

As a CSR, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. We’re seeking highly skilled professionals who can deliver white glove service while multitasking using web-based tools in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and inquiries.
  • Assist with order processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain courteous and professional communication on recorded phone lines.
  • Multitask effectively using web-based tools and dual monitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of customer service call center experience within insurance, banking, hospital, or medical office settings.

Proficient keyboarding skills (30 wpm with 95% accuracy).Prior experience working with dual monitors.Strong customer-service skills and telephone etiquette.

Ability to handle stress and pressure while maintaining patience and diplomacy.Familiarity with technical terminology and problem-solving.

Previous experience with Salesforce and / or Radar is a plus.
