What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Center Rep (Winchester) position at TEKsystems?

Aston Carter is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Member Service Representative position to start with a Fortune 100 Company in Winchester, VA!

This role consists of fully onsite training in Winchester, VA for 8-10 weeks minimum. Approval to work a hybrid schedule will follow the training period and is dependent on performance expectations.


Description

To respond to inquiries and requests over the phone from customers in a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center environment.


Requirements:

  • Recent customer service experience, working directly with customers
  • Passion for helping others and talking over the phone
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick data entry skills

Responsibilities:

  • Connect members with applications and products to meet their financial needs
  • Educate current and prospective members about our clients’ products and perform account transactions and adjustments as needed for members
  • Provide information regarding our clients’ products and services while demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure industry-best member experience
  • Contribute to a positive work environment through a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork

Schedule:

  • Multiple schedules available
  • You will be onsite for the first 8 weeks minimum before being evaluated to go on a hybrid schedule
