What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at TEKsystems?
Description :
This team focuses on translations operations within the Product Operations team. They translate the language in streaming apps to cater to someone's local language based on which region they are in around the world.
This individual will do a lot of the copy and pasting to manage tickets - they won't need to be a big strategic thinker.
They will report to Kate with a dotted line to Heather and will be responsible for managing Discovery translations, establishing a streamlined intake and project tracking mechanism for ad hoc translations requests, supporting EMEA, LATAM, and APAC Max translations as needed, and partnering with the CAKE Team and engineering to own template updates in OneTrust including :
- Onboarding to OneTrust
- 304 EMEA template updates (19 languages x 3 webforms, 6 in-browser messages, 7 email messages)
- Estimated 94 hours of initial work, plus ongoing maintenance thereafter (20-25 hrs / month)
This work was previously performed by an engineer on the Trust & Safety engineering team. They will no longer have funding for this work in 2024 and
believe the work makes more sense in Prod Ops : they will gain efficiency by freeing up engineering resources and rolling this work in with related work on
our team.
