1 year of customer service experience
Description :
- Call Intake Specialists are responsible for handling inbound phone calls from clients and technicians.
- Phone calls from technicians include creating service tickets, providing updates on existing service tickets, documenting updates on existing service tickets, and dispatching service tickets to technicians.
Pay : $18.50 / hr

Shift : 7 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.
7 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.
8 : 30 - 5 : 00 p.m. (most urgent)
10 : 30 - 7 : 00 p.m.
11 : 30 - 8 p.m.
3 p.m. - 11 : 30 pm. (most urgent)
