Job Role Summary

Skilled IT security analyst to work on the HSE & Security Team that support our client's corporate security systems .

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 3 years’ experience with supporting security systems.

• Experience with a mix of: Genetec , Softwarehouse Ccure , Lenel Onguard ,Stopware Passagepoint .

• Experience designing, deploying and upgrading video and access control systems

• Previous experience with network, client server and database troubleshooting

• Previous experience with Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019

• Excellent communication skills

Job Role Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting issues with existing security systems.

• Design and configure new security systems (Include access control systems, Video camera systems, Visitor management systems).

• Upgrade existing systems, and outdated Windows Servers

• Coordinate with infrastructure teams (Network ,Cybersecurity, Server) to build and troubleshoot systems.

• Manage software integrations (Access control, video, visitor management systems)

• Customer facing role that may require hands on troubleshooting

• Create support documentation and knowledge articles

• Work with vendors to acquire quotes and maintain budget figures

• Maintain server uptime after monthly server patching

• Assist HSE (Health Safety & Environmental) team with application support when needed

• May require occasional after hours support

• Previous experience with SQL server and reporting through Power BI (plus, not required)

• Knowledge of C# .Net applications deployed through IIS (plus, can be taught by current lead)

• Experience with ServiceNow ticket system (plus)

Must have strong customer service experience.

Preference would be someone who is willing to go onsite 3 days a week to their Woodlands location, but there is flexibility for someone who can go onsite to their Greenway location too.
