What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Support Level 2 position at TEKsystems?
Description:
We are seeking a Level 2 technician to join our Mobile Support team. There are nearly 20,000 devices (iPhones and iPads) within the environment that are all company provided and supported on a MDM system. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Apple Devices, leveraging MDM tools, and an understanding of common corporate applications i.e Microsoft Office products, Adobe, etc.
The Level 2 Mobile Support Technician will be responsible for mobile issues that are escalated from the service desk. They will receive ticket requests via ServiceNow so ticketing system understanding will prove very useful.
There will also be project work affiliated with this role, for example due to an acquisition they are about to begin a project of imaging and deploying 300 iPads.
