Job Description
Perform activities related to imaging and installing new laptop and desktop computers across the site. Provide technical knowledge and expertise of Windows operating systems and software installations. Provide excellent customer service when replacing assets for users. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Works under general supervision of a Lead Analyst or Manager. There are 150 devices at this location - combination of both laptops and desktops with about 700 users onsite.
Responsibilities:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Operating system knowledge (Windows 10)
