The Residential Specialist acts as an ambassador of hospitality and provides customer service to guests as a Luxury Condo Resort. Conducts daily operational tasks, including reception, amenities set up and service, security patrols, escorting maintinence workers, handling packages and supporting any needs of Hospitality Operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Customer service experience in a luxury environment of two years strongly preferred.
· Team oriented, willing to learn new skills to support.
· Able to handle standing, frequent walking, bending, kneeling and other repetitive motions.
· Ability to provide world class customer service to international clientelle.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be available Monday-Sunday for any shifts
