What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Desk Analyst - Remote position at TEKsystems?
*100% Remote but must live in a qualified state! *
*A Large Healthcare Company in Portland, OR is hiring multiple Service Desk Analysts to join the team for a great opportunity!*
*Job Description:*
* The call volume has increased due to several factors and need to decrease the hold time.
* Will be supporting internal employees including doctors and nurses along with admin staff.
* Can support password resets and even take ER calls if pc's or applications are down.
* Handle about 30-40 calls per day and use ServiceNow.
*Qualifications:*
* 1-3 months to a one year experience in high call volume environment.
* 1-3 months to one year experience support Windows OS's and Office Suite
* 1-3 months to one year experience supporting applications/browsers
* Certified A Students with personal experience are welcome (Google IT Certs as well)
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Must sit in the following states - TX, OR, WA, MT, NM, AK, CA
