Banking Customer Service Representative
As a Banking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Inbound Calls and Financial Transactions : Handle incoming calls from members, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns related to banking services.
- Perform financial transactions, such as account balance inquiries, fund transfers, and bill payments.
- Proactive Member Support : Proactively identify members’ needs and recommend suitable financial products and services.
- Stay informed about our offerings, including insurance, investments, and mortgage options.
- Exceptional Customer Service : Deliver 5-star customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Build rapport with members and create lasting relationships.
- Performance Metrics and Sales Goals : Meet quarterly performance metrics and service objectives.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals by promoting relevant products to members.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
- Ability to actively listen to member needs and tailor financial product recommendations accordingly.
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, address objections, and understand member concerns.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Compensation and Benefits :
- CXC Step Increase Program : After 90 days, CSRs receive a $1 pay rate increase based on performance.
- Starting pay : $
- $1500 Training Completion Bonus after 90 days (paid out the following quarter).Uncapped quarterly bonus incentives based on sales performance and attendance.
- Benefits include traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K matching, and accrued Paid Time Off.
- Special employee pricing on lending products (subject to eligibility criteria).
Work Environment :
- Hours of Operation : M-F, 6 am - 6 : 30 pm.
- The current opening is for the closing shift; candidates must be aware of this requirement.
