Job Expectations:
- The candidate will be responsible for completing Plumbing designs on projects, preparing reports and specifications, and providing a high level of technical competency.
- Fire Protection experience in providing performance-based fire protection design is a plus.
- The successful candidate should be organized and responsive with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be capable of working in a multi-discipline team environment, and able to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
Desired skills and experience:
- 5 or more years of design experience.
- Computer skills including AutoCAD, Revit, MS Word and Excel.
- Field experience in construction administration procedures (i.e. field reports, field meetings).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $68,704.00 - $100,000.00 per year
