Job Title: Project Manager
Location: US-WA-Redmond

Overview:
  • Manages various accounts and projects in and around Seattle area in terms of fulfilment, tracking and managing MIS reports for various projects.
  • Participate in client meets along with leadership team to records discussions and track activities
  • Provides both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues, and makes recommendations on project decisions to PMO and Senior Management.
  • Manages allocation of resources within the program(s) to meet work fluctuations and budget and time constraints in the delivery process.
  • Works with the Business areas in the Operational Readiness activities to provide support and coordination to ensure launch of new projects.
  • Manages contracts and vendors assigned to projects.
  • Manages and tracks the Program Budget across all projects.
  • Collaborates with the finance department and various functional managers to ensure project budgets are properly estimated and controlled; provide overall financial recommendations and develop controls and measurements to monitor progress
  • Maintains current statements of work for all contractors; tracks and approves contractor invoices in a timely manner
  • Provides regular updates to Delivery head on the status of the budget. Documents reasons for budget excess or shortfall.
  • Creates Processes for Project
  • Experience in Project Tools : MS Office 365, MS Teams, MS Excel, Powerpoint presentations
Hands on experince on MS project plan

Primary Skills:
  • 10 years of relevant field experience in Project Execution and Project Management
  • Ability to work with team members with different cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and help Program Management team to meet the Program Objectives
Extensive experience in MS project Plan (Gantt chart)

Secondary Skills:

Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Engineering/Science
  • Work experience in Microsoft an added advantage
