What are the responsibilities and job description for the Replenishment Manager position at Tektree?
The Replenishment Manager works with our national retail customer systems to provide forecast, replenishment, and inventory management support on a specified business. This position is responsible for evaluating data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, developing recommendations, and implementing solutions to improve service, increase revenue, and reduce costs for the company’s portfolio. This role requires a solid understanding of customer replenishment procedures and supply chain topics. This position is the key interface between the company’s supply chain and customers and works proactively to manage the business.
- 4-year college degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- High level of customer-facing communication skills – clear, concise data summarization.
- Self-motivated and able to structure and prioritize work for maximum productivity.
- Strong ability in qualitative and quantitative analysis, interpreting data, and building a story.
- Competency in a broad range of computer skills – Word, Excel, and presentation software.
- Ability to manage many details and tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Skill in prioritizing workload and organizing information in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish timelines and meet deadlines.
- Ability to initiate, coordinate, and move forward on planned activities in a team environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to incorporate multiple views (customer, sales, other logistics functions) in the demand/supply planning process.
