Overview:
Support the engineering team leads and managers day-to-day business activities across multiple projects. Activities include but not limited to:
For assigned area, SOW generation and XFN (Procurement, Legal, Sourcing) POC. Includes working knowledge of all XFN timelines and SLAs, and proactively partners for early resolution of tasks.
Cradle to grave handling of POs including PO adjustments/updates and invoice issue resolution.
Generate and maintain templates for the team to use to efficiently gather requirements for NDA/SOW/PO submittals.
Manages the teams needs for Vendor Security Reviews in partnership with TPM and XFN partners.
Helps to locate, isolate and recommend changes to existing (or new) flows and processes that are broken and causing inefficiencies to their FBAM. These are to be evaluated and if an improvement, aligned with our partner groups.
Aligns with Team Leads and Managers on the status of Budget forecasting vs actual spend and accruals – responsible for roll-ups on a monthly and quarterly basis for their assigned team(s)/projects.
Handles special projects/SOW administration for non-program specific work, including infra services for the HW Engineering group.
Skills:
Proficiency with project management tools to manage tasks, monitor and track project progress, and identify any issues that arise.
Ability to organize workload to handle multiple tasks, work effectively, maintain accuracy and follow-through, and meet deadlines in a strong service-oriented environment with changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
Demonstrated resourcefulness to anticipate and recognize problems, suggest appropriate alternatives or solutions, initiate or implement solutions, and follow through independently.
Ability to work with cross functional teams, bringing data and solutions to the table.
Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports.
4 years of project coordination, finance or procurement background.
Ability to manage multiple workflows and coordinate with internal staff and external consultants, vendors and other stakeholders
Must be familiar with Excel, project management software, and PowerPoint, gSuite
