Broad knowledge of department policies, practices, and procedures. Broad knowledge of personal computer software, on-line applications, office equipment, and filing systems. Typically possesses three to four years experience performing thorough administrative, secretarial, and clerical functions. The administrative assistant-level 3 is a high-level administrative position. Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of both complex and routine administrative duties that may include balancing multiple tasks simultaneously. Performs duties of a high confidential nature that require comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices and procedures. Sets up meetings. Responsible for ordering supplies and setting up offices/computer equipment for new hires. Requires judgment and confidence in handling interpersonal relations. Works on special projects as needed. May provide work direction to lower level administrative staff in the same department or unit.High School degree and 2-4 years of office experience or equivalent, relevant experience May require relevant college courses.Ability to coordinate the schedule of an Executive VP and other managersProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and related softwareTyping 50wpm

Day to Day responsibility:
Essential Duties and Tasks: Processes underground civil construction and inspection requests (PWRD88s) for all types of commodities which includes mainly maintenance and miClientllaneous repairs (M&M), Distribution Inspection & Maintenance Program (DIMP) notifications which are date compliant and large capital projects that are sensitive to operational dates. Reviews, verifies PWRD 88s/Construction & Maintenance work order packages with requestor and Civil Inspectors. Inputs work orders into Click (scheduling) and other applicable Client enterprise systems. Initiates and shares Collaborative Requisition in ARIBA. Routes requisition and work order packages accordingly to the appropriate Civil Inspector and Civil Contractor. Process 'As Built' packages in the As-Built SharePoint site for quality control, distribution to appropriate business units and for archiving

Required Skills:
Requirements: A combination of formal education (minimum high school graduate, college education preferred) training, and three (3) years of experience performing thorough administrative, secretarial, and clerical functions.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a safety conscious work environment.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Has direct experience with proofreading, editing, and reformatting documents in various formats, including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, as well as Excel charts and tables.
Possesses ability to be assertive, creative, plan and organize heavy workloads, adjust to changing priorities, work well under pressure, and perform with minimal supervision. Have good interpersonal skills, telephone and video conferencing skills and experience handling client calls, customer service and appropriately directing calls.
Must be proficient working with the following applications: Email communications, preferably MS Outlook PDF, MS Edge or Adobe MS Word. Preferences: Working knowledge of the following applications and areas: MS Teams SAP ClickSchedule, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Underground installation and construction of utility facilities

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
