Job Description
- Individual contributor responsible for the centralized auditing of expense reports submitted by associates and managing processes associated with expense reimbursement. Must have skills:
- Prior auditing experience (Expense report auditing preferred but not required)
- Customer Service mindset. "The customer is always right".
- Soft skills to be able to ask tough questions in a non-accusatory way. Ability to defuse difficult situations.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good troubleshooting and investigative skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity/gray
- Basic Excel skills (Building pivot tables, Vlookups, sorting/filtering)
- Not intimidated by technology
- Does not require constant supervision but understands when to escalate to their supervisor.
- Has a basic understanding of the travel industry
- Understand currency conversions
- Strong verbal and written skill
- o prior experience in the retail industry is needed
- Will report to the Manager of Travel and Expense until the Audit Supervisor returns from LOA.
- This role has no direct reports.
- Minimum of high school equivalency.
- 3-5 years of prior auditing experience preferred.
