The client is a San Francisco, California-based SaaS company that offers a data connectivity platform whose services include data onboarding, the transfer of offline data online for marketing purposes. The company has offices in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
Summary:
Partner with business leaders and People & Culture Team stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies and activities that attract, reward, and retain key talent in line with the client's Compensation Philosophy.
Ensuring that compensation programming is designed for scale while retaining flexibility for customization was necessary to support business objectives.
Support job evaluation, job classification/reclassification, salary structures, and incentive plans benchmarking.
Provide thought leadership and consultation to senior leaders on the deployment of total rewards methodologies and philosophy.
Operate world-class reporting and analytics in service of business results.
Build and maintain operational and process excellence mechanisms.
Qualifications:
5 years’ experience with global compensation programs emphasizing broad-based and incentive compensation.
Compensation knowledge includes compensation theory, application, and compliance with state and federal laws that apply to compensation plans, policies, and programs.
Experience with, and exposure to, a distributed workforce and high-impact HR and Total Rewards functions within world-class scaling organization(s).
Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis. Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills; Excel expertise is required.
Excellent business and People Operations acumen; comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to think strategically and translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives.
