Description:
- Responsible for supporting the qualified trainers with the execution of new technicians qualifications.
- In addition, is responsible for supporting the management of materials and documents for the qualifications.
- Supports technical hands-on training in an ISO classified space.
- Covers a wide variety of material management tasks including, but not limited to: ordering materials, passing materials into the cleanroom, bin packing, run readiness activities to support technician aseptic manipulation test.
- Orders and autoclave documentation or logbooks prior to aseptic manipulation test.
- Provides administrative support by copying, scanning, collecting signatures, and distributing various documents as needed.
- Supports qualified trainers by setting up material/equipment needed prior to a training session.
- Organizes, segregates and assists in the archiving of training files.
- Assists in the preparation of training material and coordination of trainings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Computer software skills (ie LMS, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, spreadsheet creation).
- Filing, organization, record keeping and planning skills.
- Technical Writing skills
- Experience with LMS, DMS, and SAP systems, preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multitask
