What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Regional Float Pool Crisis Intervention Specialist serves as a primary support and case manager to provide screening, assessment, and assist in linking services needed by members served and their family to overcome the crisis which brought them into the program. The role of the Regional Float Pool Crisis Intervention Specialist requires unique skills and abilities due to their assignment at multiple program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and populations. The Regional Float Pool Crisis Intervention Specialist requires the ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles. The Regional Float Pool Crisis Intervention Specialist requires the individual to adapt to various documentation requirements and platforms.
Your role will cover Telecare’s program needs throughout Riverside County and San Bernardino County.

Full Time; 7:00am – 3:30pm; Days vary
Full Time; 3:00pm – 11:30pm; Days vary
Full Time; 11:00pm – 7:30am; Days vary

The full pay range for this role is $19.06 - $27.51. We expect to hire between $19.06 - $23.28 based off your years of relevant experience.
Working for the Staffing Float Pool will include a 10% premium on top of base pay (excluded from non-worked hours such as Holiday Pay) and any applicable differentials for working PM and/or NOC shifts.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- High School Graduation or G.E.D. equivalent and three (3) years of direct services in mental health or community services; OR Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in Social Services
- Must possess at least 1 year of direct service experience with Crisis Intervention, including screening and assessments
- Must be willing to work at any assigned program in designated region
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to drive to Telecare Programs throughout Riverside County and San Bernardino County.
