The Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align objectives and identify high-potential leads through the Tiering strategy
- Define industry sub-segments, providing direction for messaging and assets to be shared with the leads.
- Utilize existing tools and the TP Growth Marketing Blueprint to assess and prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert to clients.
- Oversee lead engagement through personalized communication and content to ensure relationship building and movement through the sales funnel.
- Train and ensure that all sales activities are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
- Analyze data to optimize communication strategies and facilitate a smooth transition from Marketing to Sales.
- Oversee the entire process from initial contact to personalization, to tracking activity
- Monitor best practices in cadence, and finally hand off with complete tracking of activity.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation and sales strategies.
- Coaching and Inside Sales Team Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales Team agents and conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to ensure they are achieving KPI targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1- 5 years of proven experience in inside sales leadership or a similar role in the business process outsourcing industry. With demonstrated positive results.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly matrixed environment.
- Experience in training and coaching of inside sales team.
- Preferred: Certification in sales or marketing methodologies. Adept in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
