Overview
Lead the local Facility team on daily activities to ensure efficient, functional, safe, clean and sanitized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings and grounds.
- Moves furniture and equipment as needed.
- Inspect buildings and grounds daily to be aware of safety issues, repairs and maintenance needed.
- Coordinates maintenance activities with vendors and contractors.
- Responsible for site compliance with health and safety along with security policies.
- Maintains good working relationships with site leadership.
- May need to work over 40 hours per week (as required) and required to come in for any emergencies and critical maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and proficient with Computer skills as this role requires lot of communication and reporting via emails.
- 1 year equivalent relative experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a team and independently
