We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
An excellent call center representative must be an organized٫ responsible and results-driven specialist. They must have a rational mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
