Project Manager (Team Lead)

Televic Rail designs, develops, and manufactures state of the art passenger information systems and mechatronic measurement systems. To stay ahead of our competition, we continuously seek improvements through novel technologies and techniques.

To support our continuous growth in North America, we are looking for a Project Manager Lead who will be responsible for the management and execution of all US and Canadian project implementation (budget, delivery, and scope) as well as the local U.S. project team. This position is based in our TELEVIC US Corp office in Sacramento, CA.

The Details

• You will lead all the North American ongoing projects by ensuring project milestones, goals and expectations while managing various internal and external stakeholders' relationships. Evidence of managing teams is needed (or similar).
• You understand customer technical needs while adhering to fair technical requirements, through co-designing tailored systems for each project. Practical experience handling all (contractual) documents is a must.
• You manage all technical and non-technical project activities such as planning, resourcing, monitoring, reporting and risk, issue, and dependency management.
• You communicate on a regular basis with different internal departments: sales, presales, finance, R&D coordinator, etc.
• After delivery of our systems, you ensure the necessary follow-up and maintain good relationships with our customers

About You

• You have an advanced accredited degree in engineering with 10 years of experience master's degree is preference with an electronics manufacturing, and software product leaning.
• You are enthusiastic about practicing Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools in your day-to-day operations.
• You are initiative-taking to work in an ‘engineering-to-order’ environment.
• You value customer intimacy and you have a proactive approach to problem solving.
• You have a keen sense of ownership, an ability to easily communicate with key stakeholder.
• You are willing to travel up to 10% of your time in North America and Belgium.
