Business Analyst

Summary

Responsible for analyzing and evaluating features, backlogs metrics and resources. Maps features and work packages against the program plans, releases, and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus. Creates and facilitates reporting and analysis to evaluate operational initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. Develops and maintains standard reporting measures, documentation and process, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the business and different technical and development workstreams
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Create process flows to identify process and / or product gaps
• Partner with technical, trial, and product teams to prioritize sprints
• Collaborate with PMO and workstream leads on prioritization
• Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making
• Design E2E customer journeys for field trial
• Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information, and recommends changes to management
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Working knowledge of key technical concepts such as modern backend applications, cloud-based systems, web services & frameworks, etc.
• SQL/Tableau/PowerBI experience a plus
• Telecom wireless industry experience a plus

• Business and stakeholder analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
