In Oklahoma, the inspector must be certified or licensed. The Permit outlines that a program such as the EPA Construction Inspection Training Course or comparable is required.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, water quality, geology, biology, landscape architect, or soil science from accredited program is required.
