We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of Bilingual Human Resource Business Partner. HRBPs are responsible for Traveling across 7 locations in surrounding areas organizing employee team buildings projects and overseeing employee relations. This individual must have experience handling multiple locations. (Candidate will sit out of Louisville, KY - Relocation offered)
HRBP is our employee relations specialist and engagement specialist. They will need to have extensive knowledge of employment law and adhere to company and industry regulations at all times.
Temco Logistics is an experienced provider of final-mile delivery services to leading retailers since 1968. Completing more than 6,000 residential, business, job site and commercial deliveries per day, we have a proven track record of success and dependability. Deliveries are completed 7 days a week directly from our customer sites or any of our strategically - located logistic terminals with over 500,000 square feet of space. With millions of home deliveries performed we continue to innovate and provide world-class final mile delivery and installation services for our customers.
85% Travel Required- Traveling nationwide 2-3 weeks out of the month, including occasional weekends. Working from the nearest Temco location 1 week a month.
Bilingual Spanish is a required.

Responsibilities:
- ·Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Travel locally and nationwide to multiple locations.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Lead team building activities - facilitate all aspect of planning such as going to the store and purchasing items needed.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support Temco’s organizational goals and culture.
- Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
- Act as the Human Resources communications coordinator for the launch of special programs and events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Logistics and Distribution industry experience is highly preferred.
· Must be willing to travel 80% nation-wide to Temco facilities
· Must be able to have confidential conversations with the ability to communicate effectively
· Proven organizational skills – be willing to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced challenging environment
· Solid facilitation and presentation skills
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
· Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
