Compliance Supervisor

Temco Logistics is hiring for the position of Compliance Supervisor. Candidates who possess advanced proficiency in Excel and a thorough understanding of Microsoft applications are highly encouraged to apply. This role entails communication and document management across various locations, as well as extensive data analysis using Excel and Samsara. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in collaborative initiatives and travel to different locations. While prior transportation experience is advantageous, we also welcome applications from recent graduates and individuals with strong administrative skills. 50% Travel. Remote while not traveling

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Excel to record and analyze data.
• Manage documents and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with different locations to coordinate operations.
• Perform analytics with Samsara and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and OSHA safety standards in warehouses.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills and all Microsoft suites.
• Comfortable with various software and systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA safety standards is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely when not traveling.
• Administrative experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
